Web3 is exciting but can be overwhelming too.


1/ Eat healthy and drink lots of water


Poor diet and low hydration could result in poor health. An ill developer is a mentally stressed developer.


2/ Exercise


Sitting at a place for hours writing lines of code, attending meetings, and closing deals should be followed by regular body exercises.


Exercise is soothing and refreshes your mind and body.


3/ Sleep and relax


Get enough sleep as a developer and find good relaxation activities. It helps your mind refresh and eases off stress.


4/ Have a good social life


Hang out with friends, laugh, cheer and have good moments.


5/ Talk to someone


Feeling overwhelmed?


Talk to a friend.


6/ Give it time


Don't overthink it. Are you yet to land your first job? Hang on. You will.


7/ Visit past achievements


When new heights are taking time to scale, remember you've done it before, so you got this now. Take a look at past wins, smile, and say to yourself, "if I did it before, I can do it now."
