I’m a Mental Health Maxi. Here's Why

After a year in the Crypto/Web3 space, I’ve noticed the excitement of pumps, FOMO, incredible communities, rugs and scams, and 24/7 10x speed.


Your mental health (along with your physical health) is the foundation of your personal and professional health. I truly believe it is a competitive advantage. Take care of yourself first, then you’ll be in a healthy space to participate and thrive.



The swings of this space can be wild. One day it’s WAGMI; the next day, it’s all going to zero. Are you prepared to lose it all? Your well-being shouldn’t be tied to the success or failure of your holdings.



Therapy, normalize therapy. I’ve spent two+ years in therapy and dug down to rock bottom. When you can unpack the root of your trauma, the source of your anxiety, and bring out your true self, your powers are limitless. Love is limitless.



Mindfulness and meditation. This was my biggest weakness. I tried everything and could not sit still for more than a minute. I finally made it a goal to learn how to meditate, and it has been a game-changer for me.



Surround yourself with community. Find your peeps, the ones that will be there for you during the darkest times. I love the connections I’ve made in this space, many of whom have been the foundation for my growth.



Love yourself. It’s really hard in a world that’s so cutthroat. You may not get that love/validation from where you need it, so it must come from within. In the meantime, I love you, fren. I’m proud of you. You are enough.
