Your Mental Health in Web3 is Important, But it Can be Compromised

Trying to keep up with others and the constant inflow of information via discord, Twitter, etc., is hard. Here’s a short thread on some habits I personally practice.

Working Out

Exercising doesn’t just come in one form. It can be as simple as brisk walking or as intense as weightlifting. Find what works for you. Exercising boosts your endorphin levels and encourages you to feel good about yourself.

Positive Affirmation Journaling

By writing down positive affirmations/things you're grateful for every day, you will be filling your mind with positive thoughts, which can serve as a catalyst for a healthy and happy state of mind.

Meditation

Meditating allows you to step away from information overload and forces you to focus on your thoughts and feelings. Your mind becomes your safe space while meditating, and you’ll learn to appreciate being one with yourself.

I am NOT a mental health professional, and I'm only sharing what works for me. Everyone is different, and what works for person A may not work for person B. Find what works for you, and put your mental health first. Your mental state is in your hands, my friends.
